None, idk why GEP keeps bragging about their work culture. Many companies out there have much better culture.

Managers in sales are very strict. Salary hike is just like 5% every 6months and then they brag about giving increments twice a year. They micromanage to an extent where they listen to the calls of sales rep. Europe sales team is a toxic place btw so is US team. Can't leave office early on any day, otherwise managers give very subtle taunt the next day. Growth rate is very damn slow. Promotions are only given to the favourite ppl of the managers. Employee facilities are good, as compared to some other companies at the same level. Various teams work in tandem, mostly with cooperation. There are less ego issues irrespective of position and knowledge.

Dislikes

No work-life balance, the tool is unstable and buggy. It crashes every few days and most of the times only patch deployment is done, rather than getting the problem resolved from root cause.

Great infrastructure, good ambience. Pf facilities, mediclamin for parents available but at extra cost. Transport facilities.

Dislikes

Growth and salary compensations. Work life balance is almost zero. Biased management in some departments. You need to be friends of management to grow and succeed or else you are left all on your own with same monotonous work for years.

Processes, policies are for name sake, decisions are taken at the whims of the managment. Exception is the one true policy. You need to be good at office politics or you won't last long basis just your work. The organization loves to pretend that they are an MNC but in reality it's a Lala company.
