Nothing just that they give the salary before time that is good thing about GEP

Firstly I would like to say that during joining time they will give you all false promises which will never be full filled. For quality assurance analyst it's a 6day working company i.e every Saturday you have to work but for that you will get comp off but later onwards. Secondly the increament procedure is totally biased for each technology it is decided for dev it's different for tester it's something else and so on ,so even if you work religiously and with dedication you will never get that amount of increament . Here the leads and managers always tried to create a distance between devolopment team and QA saying if some caste base system is going. For dev it's a good company to learn you will get to learn newest technology and with practical experience but for quality assurance analyst it's the worst company to finish his/her career because nothing to learn you have to do same thing 50times in a day .
