The teammates at the workplace are horrible as there is no coordination or understanding between each other, resulting in hell a lot of politics. There's no job security as they terminate the employee not by evaluating his skills but by for their ego. There's no growth as no development channels are present and moreover no sort of appreciation for any accomplished task.
