(even after 1 month of my previous company NP, I did not get joining letter here) 3. They hire for employees count increment sake. 4. Lack of management skills to the Team Leaders. 5. There is no First chance. Have to prove yourself in the 0th chance only. 6. Single sided(Biased) decisions of the management by listening to incapable reporting manager. 7.
