This firm is a great place to work. The management and teammates are always helpful. The work culture is great. The company policies are employee friendly. 5-day work week, little to no stress, decent hikes, flexible timings, no dress code, are other notable points. Fun activities like potluck, group lunch/dinner, team outing, sports, all these help bond well with other employees. As long as you follow company guidelines and behave professionally, the job security is good. - Its a good Company with good scope for all Engineers who join here. - We are put at a good training Program on the software specified by the Company for at least 1 months before we actually involved in the production process
