The toxic work culture and rude behavior of founder as well as manipulative behavior of co-founder. Owner has narcissist behavior, it keeps bothering you as well as few of staff is working here from starting, they kind of bully you. They take credit for your work and many more.

Dislikes

Behaviour of seniors are not up to the mark. They even don't know how to treat with employees and humans. They torture mentally and physically. The worst part is the companies policies and Job security. No guarantee of growth and appraisal.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
