Businesses were good such as FMS, Waste Management, Telecom EPC... Team members were good during 2015-2017. Later got deteriorated

Employee Salary, Full & Final Payments, Payment of Gratuity were the last Priority. Company took advantage of Covid 19. Despite attending full office, Salaries were paid with a 35% deductions by Company management. Management never liked to pay Full & Final Settlement, Gratuity of employees for a long time, till the time employee would have proceeded to Labour Court. Monthly Salaries were paid with delay by 3 to 4 months in average. Company never paid Earned Leave while settling F&F payments....Read More
