What I like the most about working in GATP is the option of working from home. This provides a great work-life balance. It's a good place to learn and upgrade the skills as regular training is provided. No retrenchment during covid lockdown so 5 star for job security. Good work is rewarded with increment and bonus....Read More

The only drawback I could say was 6 days a week working but now the company has started giving us two Saturdays off. so nothing to complain here.

Working from home in Chennai for the last three and half year. Working from home during the pandemic is the biggest positive. Hard work is appreciated and rewarded. Regular training help me to learn new softwares and application and acquiring new skills. which in turn helped me to growin my profession. Though the work slowed down during the covid lock down but all the staff was retained. This says a lot about management humane policies.
