Working as senior accounts executive for more than three years now. Started as accounts assistant due to continuous training and workshops, I was able to enhance my skillsets and got promoted twice to my present position. Appraisals are fair and without bias, seniors are helpful and work life balance is good. Good work is appreciated by bonus.

1. Working with varied international clients. 2. Job security : Even in Covid times, when other companies were firing employees, not even a single employee was laid off. 3.Team mates: Great bunch of motivated professionals 4. Bonuses and increment: Good work is rewarded through Bonuses and increments. My salary was revised three times with in one and half years and was also rewarded with bonuses. 4. I would like to provide constructive criticism here: 1. Onboarding of new employees : The Onboarding process needs to be more streamlined, instead of two to three mentors for training there should be only one mentor to avoid confusion and unnecessary stress to new employee. This is the major reason of initial high employee turnover. 2. Saturday off: The company still works six days a week and it gives us less time for relaxation and recuperation. 3.Working : There are tight deadlines and pressure to deliver on time. Sometime have to work 10 to 12 hours shift to complete the work but it is not a routine as some of my other disgruntled colleagues would complain. 4. One of the worst places you can work. In my 10 years of career, I have never seen such a high level of employees turnover. The owners were rude and employed various techniques to keep a tab on you. No holidays were provided. No sick leaves or sanctioned leaves were provided. Salary was cut even for diwali. Managers were encouraged to shout at juniors and were asked to routinely highlight even smallest of mistakes on karbon and Slack . The company adopts latest technology and provide training which helps in career growth. My salary was revised twice with in a year. Increments are directly related to the performance. I worked on in international accounting and the experience that I gained in GATP Solutions helped me to get hired in my present job.
