- Bad management - Too much politics - Worst policies - Salaries not as per Market standard - Only HR and Top managements can have good chairs. Employees have to adjust. - They says near to home policies but not giving same.

If you wan't peace in your life, don't join them Don't even think of job security. I have seen 5 of my team members cursing their decisions. These people will force them to put down resignation and said don't show up from tomorrow.

-Saturday working -Micro management -Working hours are higher than industry -They treat you like machine, you need to seat on desk for 8:30 hours and be in office for 9:30 hours
