This is one company that actually focuses on employee well-being - fortunate enough to see it firsthand. Ample amount of opportunities for hardworking employees, plus flexible with timings - "just get work done, and we're good" culture

I work as a Project Management professional at Galaxy - I get to propose my ideas and supportive management to implement those too.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
