There are lot of thing which everyone dislikes in Support Team. Team Management is measure issue over here, No senior support is available. Seniors pretend to be always busy so you need to solve problem on your self even if you are not capable for the same. Salary is very low as compared to other companies with same Job Profile. You have to work all days not so much holidays.

I have worked in gajshield for 1.5 years as a technical support engineer and trust me on this, gajshield firewalls are least thing anyone would like to deploy in there IT infrastructure. Most of the times the firewall doesn't even work properly and also the dlp and vpn features are crap, they keep on crashing every now and then and the company just charge extra to the client for this licences and just thug them. In Short, gajshield is a thug company. They are just showoff and have no reputation or recognition in market. Once they sale a product the customer starts calling everyday regarding new issues. This is how unstable gajshield firewalls are. Now talking about the company, HR is just a puppet of the gajshield company owners. They have no power whatsoever. Support manager Rajesh will assign you his calls and never answer your calls to help you when you are stuck with his clients. Now speaking of the VP of this company Mr Chirag, he is one of the most egoistic person I have ever seen. This was his words during a team meeting while covid was at its peek ("kal se office start hogaa, jisko aana he aao jisko nahi aana job chood do, humare pass line me loog khade hai is job ke liye"). This one statement of mr chirag was enough and was equally responsible for the employees to quit there jobs during covid pandemic. Along with all the above mentioned I would like to inform Mr.Chirag that you should stand by your words, hire new tallented people and help your employees when in need rather than just torturing the ones on notice period. I have been in this company for more than a year now. The amount of knowledge I have gained has been much more than my 4 years of Engineering, right from networking to security. Our team managers are always helpful. Work is so much fun, it does look like a burden. We celebrate all major festivals and there doesnt seem to be any pressure on juniors as all are treated equally.

Dislikes

Nothing that I can think of. While some may complain about 6 days a week, we utilise the 6th day for gaining knowledge and learning. At my age, I am more focused to improve my knowledge and hence my career, rather then spend the day off, doing nothing

worst work culture no supportive staff manager always shout if you take 1 leave they deduct 2 days salary, if you take 2 leave they deduct 4 days of salary if you take half day they deduct whole day of salary yo cant talk to each other they think every employee should be under their control if you go for washroom more than 5 min they shout like hell cannot take break more than 30 min, if your break exceed more than 30 min they deduct from salary they track records how many time you take break, how many time you go washroom no respect to employee kindly avoid this org. do not join...Read More
