I have worked in gajshield for 1.5 years as a technical support engineer and trust me on this, gajshield firewalls are least thing anyone would like to deploy in there IT infrastructure. Most of the times the firewall doesn't even work properly and also the dlp and vpn features are crap, they keep on crashing every now and then and the company just charge extra to the client for this licences and just thug them. In Short, gajshield is a thug company. They are just showoff and have no reputation or recognition in market. Once they sale a product the customer starts calling everyday regarding new issues. This is how unstable gajshield firewalls are. Now talking about the company, HR is just a puppet of the gajshield company owners. They have no power whatsoever. Support manager Rajesh will assign you his calls and never answer your calls to help you when you are stuck with his clients. Now speaking of the VP of this company Mr Chirag, he is one of the most egoistic person I have ever seen. This was his words during a team meeting while covid was at its peek ("kal se office start hogaa, jisko aana he aao jisko nahi aana job chood do, humare pass line me loog khade hai is job ke liye"). This one statement of mr chirag was enough and was equally responsible for the employees to quit there jobs during covid pandemic. Along with all the above mentioned I would like to inform Mr.Chirag that you should stand by your words, hire new tallented people and help your employees when in need rather than just torturing the ones on notice period. I have been in this company for more than a year now. The amount of knowledge I have gained has been much more than my 4 years of Engineering, right from networking to security. Our team managers are always helpful. Work is so much fun, it does look like a burden. We celebrate all major festivals and there doesnt seem to be any pressure on juniors as all are treated equally.
