My overall experience as a trainee was very good. Most importantly I got to learn many things and even went for site visits. The employees over there are very supportive and also the friendly nature of the boss makes it all easy. I feel its a perfect place to learn and grow in this field.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
