My overall experience as a trainee was very good. Most importantly I got to learn many things and even went for site visits. The employees over there are very supportive and also the friendly nature of the boss makes it all easy. I feel its a perfect place to learn and grow in this field.

Internship program was well designed and top management were very helpful during my immersion with various departments. It one of the best innovation driven companies and encourage employees to put their thoughts.

Dislikes

Internship compensation at FWD was not at par with other companies.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
