No Job Security and No benefits. I have been worked here around 13 Month. here problem is No Job Security, and second things is if your client is released from the project this firm is immediately releasing from there organization without any information. they only change the employee status as resigned and last working day also. as per the offer letter they need to inform 15 days or 30 days before but, in my case, it is not happened. that day only I realized. why candidate choosing permanent opportunity. I has been worked different consultancy, but I never seen this type of consultancy. after this organization I am little bite scared while accepting the third party or consultancy calls. i have huge gave also have after this firm....Read More

They will treat you like their personal woker not employees. If you are going for a maternity leave you will never get your position back after joining back, they will decrease your designation and ask you to do recruitment but by designation you are a manager! Pathetic management & behaviour!

The worst company I have ever seen in my life, no job security, work-life balance is zero, management is the worst, moreover even HR has no idea how to treat employees.
