cullture and management is good in everything except compensation

slary is well below par..its almost like 40% of other companies...here 5-6 yrs gets 36 lpa..whereas in others they get 54 lpa

Work life balance is very good in Fujitsu you don’t have to login other than office hours to complete the day’s work.

Things are some thing i dislike about Fujitsu is the HR are very bad they don’t call you. even they don’t pickup your phone you have to call them whole day just to pickup one time. I didn't found anything for dislike but one think needs to be improved " The plugged point should be on the top on workstation which is currently below on the workstation. It's very difficult to plug the laptop charger daily basis. It's my suggestion.
