Dislikes

- Mangers & Top Management is not supportive they just focused on sales numbers not working on problems -Products & field services are not aligned -Fujitec India & Fujitec Express both are separately working in same Market, So there is too much confusion -Too much politics

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions.
