Toxic work culture. bosses are workoholic. Only expecting everything from employee. No appraisal, no bonus, no increment. Favoritism. Too much work pressure. Company is confused about what they want to do. Every year changes in vision and mission. Sad politics with bullying. Takes toll on health and mental peace. Think twice about taking up an opportunity over here.
