Though it claims, it is one of the leading Market Research organisation the perks and benefits seem below average. Good for fresher however over the period no skills development takes place. Anyone can spend maximum 2 years in this organisation, not more than that!
Dislikes
It seems financially unstable, as we have not yet received our full bonus on 2017 yet! Bonus payments take partly and 2018 bonus not yet declared. Very poor in providing our own perks on time. Would suggest if anyone looking for opportunity in this organisation, please negotiate on fix part of salary and do not go on variable pay.

I joined this company as a Marketing Manager with high hopes, but my experience turned out to be an eye-opener and a cautionary tale for potential employees. Within just a month of joining, I encountered an extremely toxic work environment, primarily fueled by Shylesh Narayana, a micromanager notorious for his unrealistic expectations and unprofessional behavior. Despite achieving the targets he set—targets that were often arbitrary and unattainable—I was met with hostility instead of acknowledgment. Shylesh regularly overstepped boundaries with inappropriate comments about personal life, religion, and even racially charged and communal remarks. His behavior is not only unethical but also detrimental to team morale. What’s worse, the company lacks any mechanism to address grievances against him, as he appears to be shielded by his boss in the USA. This creates an atmosphere where employees feel powerless and unprotected Even when I protested against his actions and unfair treatment, no resolution was offered. My colleagues and juniors supported me, with some even threatening to resign in solidarity. Despite this, Shylesh’s deep insecurities and unwillingness to accept skilled professionals ultimately led him to find a way to terminate me during a challenging time in my life.
