FP is a growing firm so it has a lot to adapt in terms of industry standards. Everything the company has to offer now works with its current size, however, FP should and will create an annual appraisal structure in the future and and have a much more rewarding benefits structure. I am proud to be part of the company in its nascent stages and look to see it grow to the perfect organization!

The work is challenging. You'll be pushed to the limit and forced to think proactively to find solutions. That is very intellectually stimulating and that's something I really love. Also, the managers are really nice. They become your friends. Also, the general environment is supportive and designed to help you realise your potential by trying to unlock the best version of yourself.

Dislikes

There's no yearly appraisal. There's only performance based promotions that are accompanied with appraisals. So that part may make employees feel less valued.

Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. I honestly love my manager here and the way she deals with everything. There is so much to learn. It can be tough to understand the culture at first but give it at least 6 months to understand and trust me you will love it.

Unrealistic work expectation, passive learning & lack of clarity from seniors. Working like a startup and the entire focus on things that are totally different than the market. Work is never 9 hour, expect to work minimum 12 hours a day

I love the fact that everyone here makes me feel very included and we can ask anyone for help irrespective of their position in the company! It is a great company to work in and it feels like I am at the right place.

Dislikes

I don't like the fact that we don't have many office meet-ups and it is completely work from home, it would be great if the company worked more on the employee's experience and more recreational activities and perks.
