Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. The Americans look down upon us Indians when almost 80% of the workforce is Indian. Shame on you Jacob! The culture can be collaborative at times, they try to be inclusive and make it like a community, but that is not always successful.

The company does not have any HR policies in place, so if you feel like you are bullied or singled out, it's all dependent on your manager if they want to fix the issue. The management Is unprofessional, unreliable, and toxic. There is zero job security, they are infamous for firing at a moment's notice. They literally fired one of my colleagues because she is not a "culture fit". She was the second-best performer on the team and super friendly too, this makes me believe it was just personal.
