Very toxic culture. Hire Fire policy - be very careful if you are the sole breadwinner because they will fire you without notice. Management is toxic. The company policies are not employee friendly. They expect you to report to Hyderabad office almost once every quarter at your own expense or else you are labelled as not culturally fit and have no opportunities to grow. The Americans look down upon us Indians when almost 80% of the workforce is Indian. Shame on you Jacob! I honestly love my manager here and the way she deals with everything. There is so much to learn. It can be tough to understand the culture at first but give it at least 6 months to understand and trust me you will love it.

Unrealistic work expectation, passive learning & lack of clarity from seniors. Working like a startup and the entire focus on things that are totally different than the market. Work is never 9 hour, expect to work minimum 12 hours a day
