You will learn to survive without money.

This is worst employer i have ever seen or even heard of. You will be expected to give results from day 1 ,even during the pandemic. Your job security will depend on the whim of your supervisor, in my tenure the entire team was replaced. Work load will be enormous, you will be travelling from 50-500 km per day. You will be given some training but you will be expected to learn about the product on your own after that. Even if you managed to close some deal after all that hustle , the credit will be given to the seniors because of existing relationships they made. There is a lot of in house competition and credit hogging in colleagues. And everybody is trying to find faults in eac other Your supervisor is going to micro manage every thing and will ask about your competence from your colleagues. Most probably you will be used for data gathering from your region and will be out of the organisation after that, the leads you generated , will be handed over to your supervisor. After you are out , you can keep asking for your salary and expense(which is huge due to extensive traveling) but you will not get any response from anyone. HR is there just to send warning and termination letters, you can't expect any response from HR if you ask about your settlement. They will ask you use your own hardware( mobile & laptop) and won't get reimbursed for the same. You can even end up spending more than earning like while working in this company. Half of the staff got replaced in 3 months of my tenure. Only join this company if you really hate your life....Read More
