Better than doing nothing. Anyone with a graduation degree & bit of a computer knowledge can work here. Starting time is as per the school where you are assigned so you'll be free mostly after 3:00 PM.

Delayed salary. No work appreciation or promotion. You have to be available all the time. Resigned 3 years ago still waiting on my pending salary & other dues.

They are always delay in salary disbusrment even a month late, no managemnt, no career growth, no promotion only get promoted if senior will give resignation. Too much partiality there. No one should work in this company.

The Company is definitely open to new ideas but often take the earlier projects for granted. Causes the Execution dept. to suffer.

Basic amenities were missing from this company. i.e. - No Appraisals as promised while the recruiting. - Salaries are not on time and often months late. - Pending Expenses from last year. - Promised CTC and actual in-hand salary has a whopping difference of 3000 which employees have no clue where all this money goes. The Job is highly underpaying as the Workload is Extreme. Even working on Sundays. no Overtime pay even after working 10hrs shifts. A highly stressful job with almost no rewards.
