Abysmal management, has no eye for talent. You'll encounter severe discrepancy in pay, and there's a minimal chance you'll be lucky enough to be paid fairly. Expect to stay in the dark regarding compensation. Probably the worst career growth going around. There's a lot of hearsay that excellent AI/Deep learning-based problem-solvingis going on here, but that's only if you're inclined to research independently. Cons: - No work life balance. Mid level management is horrible, they don't support you on any challenges, tough and demanding clients, etc. I wonder what else do they do if not managing clients. - I have been having health issues due to unrealistic deadlines and no support. - Worst exit policy. Compensation needs to improve as the salary is less compared to the market standards. They hire people giving a decent hike but does not extend the same benefits to the current employees(I suppose this is common across this industry, although don't understand the 'why' behind such actions!).
