Absolutely hate the middle management. No sense.
Policies mentioned are all lies, no toxic workplace is a myth. You can't raise issues or questions with anyone. There is a lot of retaliation for even speaking up for yourself. These issues do not reach the executives hence there is a lot of disconnect there.
