Mid level employees (Team leaders, Managers, etc.) are involved in partiality and politics. No work life balance HR team will not help you in resolving in any work related issues. Poor company policies about annual leaves, final settlement, and very inhumane nature towards handling sensitive situations

The upper management and their fabulous and employee friendly work culture

No training provided. Proper guidance is not available for the internal teams. Some teams are really good. If you have a bad domain manager, your skill development will be hampered as there is no consideration for training but only focused on competing the project which pressurises the candidate if not trained properly. Top Management is very supportive. HR policies are not so good. Freshers salary is too low as compared to industry standard. Overall company has a very bright future in coming years

HR dept has no role to play in decision making, no transparency in roles and responsibilities , you are expected to do all kinds of work on a very miniscule salary, no payment parity, employees on same designation have no equal opportunity, duplication of work, management is really worse only 2-3 top position people have the authority to make decisions and they play with careers especially the freshers one's, it's all farse about the company which is in public forums, managers behaves according to their whims and fancies, old serving managers are the privileged one's, hybrid policy is only for the chosen depts, WFH is given with deduction to chosen and later give bad performance as an excuse to lay off, bad performance and appraisal company is trying hard for the survival, no learning skills development, you work and exit with no knowledge improvement, HR tries to improve work culture but of no use....Read More

The healthcare department is the very bad. They can work from home during certain hours, but are at office every day. Seniors arrive at 12 p.m. and work until 11p.m.or 12 a.m. although on most days, both men and women must work until 11 p.m. People have been working here for three years monotonus with no plans for the future and their pay is pitiful. FBI is very good company to start a career with. Being a growing company in market research industry, the company will provide a very good industry exposure. Overall the company is really really good. The company will also provide flexibility in work timings, working from home options. Additionally, the company also pays good hike (performance based)
