I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

When it's going good they will make you believe you're important and your opinion matters but as soon as your managers are in pressure they'll keep finding ways to terminate you. Even if your performance has been good they'll find ridiculous reasons to put you in PIP and terminate.
