Work culture is awesome as there are lots people support for even small taks, Flipkart has a good policies which makes every employee work under secured environment, about job security I would say that Flipkart always keep training the employee which help them to work fluently, for me it's a good place to work

Working on third Party payroll is not preferable for longer period of time. Otherwise Best company to work in E commerce Domain.

Dislikes

Third Party Payroll & Career long term Growth is not so appealing. Employee with self development skills can go on long term in the company. There is no Structure Training provided to FOSs(Business Development Executives)
