I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem. Good company culture with good team. Managers are supportive and your work is always appreciated. But there's a job security issue incase if they don't have any project but that's not their fault. Overall, a good company.
