I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. It started well with successful completion of a couple of projects. However, one project turned challenging due to false allegations and inappropriate behaviour from the client, leading me to leave. unfortunately, this incident seemingly affected my prospects for new projects, potentially due to misperceptions about my performance. The women next in line to these founders have a super attitude problem, unfortunately the founders have blind trust on them and these women just to prove their closeness to founders share all the personal secrets of Deepa , Rashmi and Shreya to all of the team. Every outing starts with spilling the past and current secrets (personal and professional)of the trio. Salary is very low .
