Every day Sapience required for 8 hours. you require to be 12 hours ahead of computer to meet the same. 5 days in office, they monitor badge-in and badge-out required to have 9 hours. All the talented people already left or layoff. No help available. If you are not one of the boot-licker forget about promotions.
