If you are planning to join the RPA team, please don’t join. It is the worst team with extreme level micro management. Managers are useless with literally no knowledge. Directors and HR only listen to managers and there is no point raising it to higher management. I tried complaining to HR and they didn’t even address my complaint.. I am not the only one. Dislikes

Management only, nobody wants new joiners in Fiserv. They are not comfortable with new joiners. Very very bad experience.
