Sapience is worst tool used by fiserv. They have started very micro management of your time.

Earlier it was good company but I won't recommend anyone to join this company

Dislikes

After merger with First , fiserv as a brand has been ruined. Micromanagement is killing work life balance and First Data management removed all original fiserv management and spying on the employees
