Fiserv is a place which thinks minimal of its employees. Worst work life balance they have a tool which micromanages you and your task. Job security is really bad they just fire by saying does not have project requiremt and will not try to reallocate you if there product is closing .

The list goes on and on 1) SAPIENCE- A tool that is supposed to calculate your productivity but is actually something because of which people are most unproductive 2) They are not running a company but a school where you need to reach office at a certain time and stay there for 8 hours, even if there’s not much to do 3) They cannot accept the fact that we have a life outside office and we are expected to be available even after office hours 4) Very less hike and 1 promotion may take atleast 4-5 years 5) No interesting or challenging work, you will not learn anything. I strongly advise against joining or rejoining Fiserv, no matter how attractive the salary offer may seem. This company mandates 8 hours in the office and imposes 8-hour screen monitoring tools on laptops, making life unbearable. While they might offer you a higher salary, remember that no amount of money can compensate for your freedom and well-being. Choose life over money. I made the mistake of rejoining this organization, and it felt like I was walking back into prison. The work culture, especially in the Digital Banking unit is toxic and riddled with office politics. If you are considering joining the RXP or CFN UI projects, be prepared to say goodbye to your personal life - you'll be entering a world of constant stress. I was part of the Pune team, and it was the worst experience I've had in my career. Many people there have been with the company for over a decade, and they wield their seniority through dirty office politics. The Product Owner in Pune was tough to work with - the worst person I've encountered professionally. Every day, I was under immense mental stress due to the toxic environment. Fiserv went to lot of acquisitions in the past 5 years, not all the new companies follow all of Fiserv standards. Especially the employees came from service based are still having their environment as a service based, not as a product based. If its a single employee, it wont bother. Fiserv used to be a good org but after it's merger with Firstdata it became pathetic day by day.

It's present status can be called **Tihar Jail** They want you to be at ofc for 9 hours Sapience hours should be 8 hrs mind it which requires you to be infront of system for a min of 10 -11 hrs Zero job security they just read a script and lay off people Forget about appraisals arnd pay increament A d micromanagement is the essence of this org.

Not a product based company any more it has been changed to service based company as the management and organisational level are all hired from service based organization. Micro management, sudden layoffs and on spot firing. 5 days work from office and appraisal will be on year end with less percentage and promotion you can get either by asking then continuously or when you u drop in ur paper that time if u r valuable resource u can get promotion or appraisal till then good luck.
