The assistant managers were really helpful in any situation. They were always there for any assistance required.
Dislikes
The company informed us to not come to office as client won't be able to pay for the headcount. There was no prior intimation or such. They promised only a month's salary as compensation. But it has been 50 days since my last working day but haven't received the F&F. No proper responsefrom HR team or farewell team as well. The management is pathetic in solving associate's problem. I'm not at all happy....Read More

Training was always fun and workin with first source was learning experience and salary and incentives were Good as well but work-life balance was not in place due to distance that i had to cover to make to work every day and more over process was shut down ans had to b moved to a new process...Read More
