It's a great place to work. I will suggest a better integration program is adopted to enable changes in departments by an existing employee based on career paths on the management portal to be smooth. It becomes difficult when one moves from one unit to the other and becomes frustrated for lack of learning or proper hand-holding andyou are expected to perform at maximum potential immediately. The learning or training process upon movement from one unit to the other should be smooth and proper orientation given to supervisors on how to handle employees who are new to the unit, so that there is an understanding that there will be a hand-holding period for the new staff(existing employee but new in the unit or new line of responsibility). Supervisors should be educated more on how to work as a team, it's an official environment, it's important that supervisors motivate staff, not intimidate them, otherwise, productivity will come from a place of fear and not ownership of the job and targets and with this comes the desire to leave the unit as quickly as possible or possibly exit the bank at the slightest opportunity....Read More

My work is great. Although, I find it very challenging due to the issues that bother on settling in the new unit I was moved to within the same division. Generally it's ok.

Most times politics are being played.I mean not giving out award to the beneficiary.some times it kills my moral.but most times it boost up my moral to work because I love how I convince customers to buy my products.
