As a Trainer, I somehow managed to skip students beating and Police intervention. Students enroll in their below-below-below average courses because they are promised that by doing there course they will get a job worth 5-12 LPA, which is absurd and a blatant lie! No one gets the job the way they say, and all their courses are nothing but scam and all the content is sub-sub-sub standard copied from youtube which they potray as real world case study! There is nothing which is right in this company. They make you sign bonds, knowing it well that you won't be able to tolerate the torture and then they ask for compensation. You will never get offer letter from this company before joining, they will ask you to simply come and sign the bond and will even pay for your travel. They know that you will come and once you have signed the bond, they will make you work for 14 hours like a slave, even on Sunday. They don't even have toilets, and access to clean water in the office. They lie about everything....Read More

You will never receive an offer letter because in offer letter, timing and your responsibilities are mentioned, but here you don't have have timings, and your responsibilities even include cleaning the office and sometimes cleaning the floor as well. Timings are very strict, if you miss the early timing then your salary for half daywill be deducted....they ensure biometric attendance. They will offer retention bonus, knowing it well you won't be able to survive and hence no bonus will even be given. They offer increment but you will never receive it because everything is a lie and the bond is one side affair. THEY HAVE A SANDWICH POLICY, which the HR is not going to tell you. In this policy if you take a holiday on Saturday then even Sunday will be counted as loss of pay. If you didn't come on Monday that means again Sunday will be counted as loss of pay. They offer salary which is OK on paper but you will never receive that amount.....I repeat NEVER You will be told about 6 day working but in reality it is a 7 day working with 12 hours each day.
