There is nothing which is right in this company. They make you sign bonds, knowing it well that you won't be able to tolerate the torture and then they ask for compensation. You will never get offer letter from this company before joining, they will ask you to simply come and sign the bond and will even pay for your travel. They know that you will come and once you have signed the bond, they will make you work for 14 hours like a slave, even on Sunday. They don't even have toilets, and access to clean water in the office. They lie about everything....Read More

You will never receive an offer letter because in offer letter, timing and your responsibilities are mentioned, but here you don't have have timings, and your responsibilities even include cleaning the office and sometimes cleaning the floor as well. Timings are very strict, if you miss the early timing then your salary for half daywill be deducted....they ensure biometric attendance. They will offer retention bonus, knowing it well you won't be able to survive and hence no bonus will even be given. They offer increment but you will never receive it because everything is a lie and the bond is one side affair. THEY HAVE A SANDWICH POLICY, which the HR is not going to tell you. In this policy if you take a holiday on Saturday then even Sunday will be counted as loss of pay. If you didn't come on Monday that means again Sunday will be counted as loss of pay. They offer salary which is OK on paper but you will never receive that amount.....I repeat NEVER You will be told about 6 day working but in reality it is a 7 day working with 12 hours each day. Even if I use microscope to find one good thing in this company, even then I won't be able to find anything. The owner of this company who doesn't even know how to talk to females, have been putting pressure to convince and fool innocent students and their parents that this is the best Data Science/Digital Marketing Course out there! The truth is, we don't have trainers, we have a couple of freshly graduates whom we use and show the world as if we have industry experts to teach them. I along with others have been fooling and doing frauds to these innocents students and looting them big time. I didn't wanted to work for this company as soon as I realized this, but the CEO and Director of this company made threats that they would destroy my career if I speak the truth or try to skip this jail. Very Strict timings, suicidal kind of pressure, no timely salary, only half salary is given to what was promised, sandwich policy, only 6 leaves in the entire year, very unclean toilets, legal threats from the company owners as if I am their enemy, bond, lots and lots of manipulation and fake promises! My Advice: Even if you are getting few thousand rupees less from some other place, go there, never join this company. To get you onboard they will lure you with promises even pay for your visit at their office very first time, after that you will suffer, won't get salary and you won't even be able to leave this company because they would have made you sign the bond! Students enroll in their below-below-below average courses because they are promised that by doing there course they will get a job worth 5-12 LPA, which is absurd and a blatant lie! I have to take 4 sessions, one session of two hours each. For a 9 hour job, I have to speak 8 hours. The HR never told me this while hiring, and now she has also left this fraud company. Every time I tell these owners I am suffering because of this, the owner with a fake sweet voice tell me you have to manage somehow, while at the time of hiring they promised me that only two sessions will be there. These are fake people with no heart, no one can stay with them. What I have seen while I was there, that every month 4 people joins and 6 people leave. This is how they run their company. And those who leave gets threatened by these owners both legally as well as, as if they are some underworld don or something. Students who enroll here cries everytime because they are being promised that they will be getting very good salary package once there course gets completed (Check there website if you don't believe me). These students are getting scammed with these fake promises and fake reputation build by the company using paid reviews on Google. Once these students suffers, they and their parents comes to fight and as a Trainer, I had to listen to these abuses, police threatening and sometimes even risk of getting beaten all the time because owners will not come to the rescue, its the trainer who spends most of the time with these students for sessions and ultimately trainer suffers. Very toxic environment and company, they made me sign a bond and treated me (and everyone else who works here) as slave. The moment you join this company first 15 days are 'OK' after that the torture starts. No matter what your position is, you will be asked to do each and every task of every other field and department. Officially the working hours are only 10 and it is only 5 days working, but the truth is, you will be forced to do 7 days if not 6 days, that too 11 to 12 hours per day. For every small thing, the company will deduct your salary for no reason. They will give you a long of KPI and KRA, and if you miss them, your half day salary will be deducted. So, in order to keep up with your KPI and KRA, you are forced to work 12 hours a day, even on Sundays. You will never receive an offer letter before joining, because officially you will not be told about your sick, causal, planned leaves or even your timings through any form of written communication. They will ask you to come to the office and will pay for your journey so that you can believe the company cares about you, but it is a trap. All of this is to make sure that you sign the bond under good impression, and later on you will be threatened that the company is going against you in the court of law.
