I have come across few employee just joined for retention bonus at Fingertips their aim is just to complete year and due to which they are not focus on growth and disturb other also. They don't have any long term vision. So it's better for management to give performance based bonus.

Even if I use microscope to find one good thing in this company, even then I won't be able to find anything. The owner of this company who doesn't even know how to talk to females, have been putting pressure to convince and fool innocent students and their parents that this is the best Data Science/Digital Marketing Course out there! The truth is, we don't have trainers, we have a couple of freshly graduates whom we use and show the world as if we have industry experts to teach them. I along with others have been fooling and doing frauds to these innocents students and looting them big time. I didn't wanted to work for this company as soon as I realized this, but the CEO and Director of this company made threats that they would destroy my career if I speak the truth or try to skip this jail. Very Strict timings, suicidal kind of pressure, no timely salary, only half salary is given to what was promised, sandwich policy, only 6 leaves in the entire year, very unclean toilets, legal threats from the company owners as if I am their enemy, bond, lots and lots of manipulation and fakepromises</mark>! My Advice: Even if you are getting few thousand rupees less from some other place, go there, never join this company. I was paid for the travel to join this scam company and when I joined, I thought if they are paying for my travel expenses then the company would be good, but no! They will torture and harass you in every way possible. The HR who hired me also left this company now.

Take one day leave 3 days salary will be deducted as per sandwich policy. They will ask you to sign the bond and if you tried to leave they will deduct 50,000 Rupees from your account as they say. You cannot join until and unless you give them a cheque so that they can deduct the amount from your account if you try leaving them. Very toxic environment. All they have are fake lies for increment, retention bonus and whatever salary is mentioned in your bond. No learning process, it is company with the rule of Hire and Fire, with those who stay weeps for survival. Don't believe the HR, she tells you lies with a sweet voice to make you believe the promises are real but everything is fake after one month of working. You will not even get the salary that they have promised. They specially hire people from outside Gujarat, specially Ahmedabad so that they don't have the privilege to leave immediately because people outside Ahmedabad and Gujarat, thinks 10000 times before taking the step of leaving and breaking the bond to face any legal threat of court outside their state and home. Very toxic environment and company, they made me sign a bond and treated me (and everyone else who works here) as slave. The moment you join this company first 15 days are 'OK' after that the torture starts. No matter what your position is, you will be asked to do each and every task of every other field and department. Officially the working hours are only 10 and it is only 5 days working, but the truth is, you will be forced to do 7 days if not 6 days, that too 11 to 12 hours per day. <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> For every small thing, the company will deduct your salary for no reason</mark>. They will give you a long of KPI and KRA, and if you miss them, your half day salary will be deducted. So, in order to keep up with your KPI and KRA, you are forced to work 12 hours a day, even on Sundays. You will never receive an offer letter before joining, because officially you will not be told about your sick, causal, planned leaves or even your timings through any form of written communication. They will ask you to come to the office and will pay for your journey so that you can believe the company cares about you, but it is a trap. All of this is to make sure that you sign the bond under good impression, and later on you will be threatened that the company is going against you in the court of law. There is no strategy, plan, management on top of that they ask for extra hours of duty and work even on off days.
