I was freshers when I joined finastra and it's amazing experience for me to be a part of such great company. Job culture and work life balance is great. security of the job also is not an issue. After 3 years of job i left this wonderful company but i rejoioned again because of work culture job satisfaction.

Basically main issue us of management. The one who knows the product is king over here. Though that person is pathetic at managing people still he was thrown as manager. Overall the development stack is old which always keeps a pile of defects at developer's desk. For QA is anyone wants to grow on payment domain functional side then this company is good to join. But automation aspirants beware - there is very less scope to actual work on automation development side. Work life balance is pathetic due to poor handling skills of management. Though team is working in India hrs still he take call late around 9.30/10 PM which helps to detoriate work life balance. People who haven't work as a simple lead are made managers overnight which is catastrophic. In-competant manager are less skills to evaluate your performance and give you a fare rating....Read More
