Job security is very less. Few people (not one or two ) people affected lay off . For freshers it wont be there. But for seniors (not by overall exp, seniors based on exp in finastra) job security is very less. Some will get a notice period of 1 month . They will give a good amount for these lay off people based on the experience . They are doing this layoff for cost cutting. I joined there by seeing ambition box review and hr's sugar coating words about job security. So guys if you want a secured job dont come here. The company is ok in terms of work life balance

1) Too much politics 2) most of the higher management are 25+ years in the same company and hence lot of politics and hence they won't listen to you 3) poor training to the newly recruited employees and very poor documentation of the things which makes it tougher to learn for the new joinee. 4) very bad salary hikes 5) silent firing of the employees which don't make any headlines
