Excellent place to work, work life balance depends in process/technology you work on.The company emphasizes on employees well being and conducts seminars and sessions regularly on well being.Managers and higer management are always ready to help on any issues.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
