Typical lala company with toxic work culture. HR and management are puppets of CEO. Employees are treated like inappropriately. There are lay offs every year which are unfair. No job security at all. Worst company to work for.

Very poor in strategy, Top management except Pawan sir has no vision for the future. Management frequently changes the strategy. Top level is not that professional.. HR - 0, They never hear anybody and when they speak it will be out of this planet which sounds very unprofessional and immature.

There is nothing to like about the organisation as no one is interested in your issues. It's a complete waste of time to work with them. They hire and fire people without any prior notice. All the benefits etc they say while interviewing is fake. They make you work all 7 days in a week. Salary appraisal is hardly 1-5% annually. There is a lot of politics in the office. The company is a big fraud. No job security, no work culture, no work life balance. Only people who can do buttering to the mangers can survive. Also they are so down market that they talk about diversity and integrity but never support people with a different background or mindset. The directors are so worst that they really speak sit to the employees and say it on there face that they have to listen to them and obey all shits they speak coz they are paying the salary.
