Dislikes

Very poor in strategy, Top management except Pawan sir has no vision for the future. Management frequently changes the strategy. Top level is not that professional.. HR - 0, They never hear anybody and when they speak it will be out of this planet which sounds very unprofessional and immature.

This is like a startup, having business in Dubai and other countries. The primary revenue comes through wedding plans. Here you can get a good salary and designation.

This is totally desi Lala company. CFO and management can fire you at a time without giving any prior notice. The professional environment is totally missing here.
