I gave my peak years of life to ferns n petals almost 10 years and I got leaves without pay .....where in this situation people are only dependent on money and that to I only expect 30- 40% but I got 0 since last 3 months all other expenses are on my head for eg- rent, school fee of daughter and day to day expenses and yet in dilemma what worst is yet to come.

Aaftab area manager looking after company stores in delhi. Would like to advise senior management don't make illetrate person area manager. He is not capable of handling team. HR Head please take one by one interview of all store manager and analyse there reply.. He just want to increase his salary. But will not give weekoff to us..He want all facility but not for his associate And keep my word if u decrease his salary he will not leave job also bcoz he will not get another job Till the time Mr aaftaab ghalib is there no store manger will stay.
