.... This is the Corporate company by the cover only inside it's full Lala company. No increament, no incentives no timely salary and lots of politics. Anytime seniors are planning and plotting to fire that employee whom they don't like or who doesn't speaks in their favour. I would never recommend this company for work here.

It was a nice place to work a few years back but now it is nothing more but hell.

...h is becoming their habit. Many of my colleagues are complaining regarding this. Missed a punch by mistake and they will mark it as LWP, I have more than 20 leaves in my account but sill they will not deduct those, they will cut your salary. I emailed to hr and accounts team, they replied just a word "ok" (level of professionalism) to email but still i got reduced salary. Appraisals: they need everything on time, they will slash your salary if you missed a deadline, but when it comes to appraisal they will keep telling you, this month sure, this month you will get the appraisal, Its been 2 month past the appraisal period and there is no hope Transparency: yes the only thing which is transparent in this company is salary, every one who has good connections with HR (Don't want to reveal her name), knows how much other employee earns. Dear Hr, salary is a very confifential thing and must not be disclosed to othres.

On paper it's 5 days working but ground reality is u have to work on weekends as well - Previous CHRO was excellent and hr team too

...by CHRO itself - yelling on the floor over jr team members - no employee value - poor compensation - Since new chro has joined entire HR team has left - No professional behaviour - favouritism - director relative are always promoted - poor management - there is water fall during rainy season means false ceiling are poorly constructed - poor infrastructure - very odd location.. not safe after 7pm - management is literally uneducated except few - most of the new joiner belive in buttering of HOD of the department coz they are good for nothing - planning and plotting to terminate a hard working employee - no action are taken even after exit feedback -wroug practice - irrelevant management - force to resign employees.. create a unbearable situation that employee will itself - horrible literally horrible experience - will not ever suggest to join fnp

Self learning , good lead generation , cafeteria is good , they have a buffet system for all, office location is good.

...t all. Female oriented company as all male seniors are in mid life crises age. Read this HR haven't paid my 20 days salary yet If you want to make ur work life hell then join FNP 😂. Pathetic Experience , No Job security , No support from senior in terms of learning.etc etc..

...s transparent. There is a sufficient cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling l. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
