I gave my peak years of life to ferns n petals almost 10 years and I got leaves without pay .....where in this situation people are only dependent on money and that to I only expect 30- 40% but I got 0 since last 3 months all other expenses are on my head for eg- rent, school fee of daughter and day to day expenses and yet in dilemma what worst is yet to come.

... please take one by one interview of all store manager and analyse there reply.. He just want to increase his salary. But will not give weekoff to us.. He want all facility but not for his associate And keep my word if u decrease his salary he will not leave job also bcoz he will not get another job Till the time Mr aaftaab ghalib is there no store manger will stay. He care for his growth bcoz he is illetrate but we r not we r educated and we can get good leader Mr Aaftab don't treat ur subordinate like mazdoor. If HR needs proof plz reply.

Timely salary payments are made on the 1st of each month. While the work culture is positive, workload increases and pressure mounts during major festivals like Valentine's Day, Raksha Bandhan, and others.

.... This is the Corporate company by the cover only inside it's full Lala company. No increament, no incentives no timely salary and lots of politics. Anytime seniors are planning and plotting to fire that employee whom they don't like or who doesn't speaks in their favour. I would never recommend this company for work here.

Being a part of this company was one of the biggest mistakes. The people try to be so nice but at the end of the ay they are so toxic and more importantly there is no women security as boys here deliberately get close to girls and just a few months back we also had one escalation to which management reacted in general way..

Dislikes

The company has no growth options in terms of salary and experience for new joiners. They need a person who has no motive in his life and only works as per there needs. Work flow is so high just because of there poor services. They also changed there polices regarding alot of things and also the Tl goes as per there mood here. A lot to write but i think this can help others by letting them know to choose a better option
