Worst work balance,Huge pressure,For other bank employees we need call sir sir,Worst cafeteria,Far from city,you can't go out during office hours for lunch or any thing.If your working our less than 8 hours ur salary will be detected.Transport bus will not wait for you.No snacks,we cannot talk to other colleagues during office hours.

If you joined as junior process excutive..then trust me till your death u will be in same position. Even to go washroom you have to inform your supervisor or TL(sir can i go to Washroom sir),if your personal time cross more than 3-4 minutes then there will be person will come and search entire bathroom , if you late for 2-3 minutes then you will get motivation for 30-40 min . Coming to team leaders ,they don't have Tl qualitys ..they don't do work they just chit chat from one phone to other . One more person recently appointed as TL ,they have no idea about work but they will give feedback about process. School is more better than this office....Read More
